Phil Price

Phil has a wealth of experience in Building Surveying roles with long-term exposure to private business and municipal councils. Through this exposure, Phil has gained a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of local government functions, operations and the regulatory requirements for business compliance across all types of buildings.

Phil has managed projects and conducted building audits and compliance reports of substantial and complex sites across government organisations and private organisations. Additionally, he has been involved with a wide variety of projects in all sectors, including hotels, apartment buildings, hospitals, office buildings, industrial projects, retail, entertainment venues, educational institutions, domestic estates and food outlets.
