Eleisha Ifield

Eleisha brings over 25 years of experience across various industries, including general insurance, software, and building compliance. She began her career in the fire protection industry as an Account Manager at Windsor Management Insurance Brokers, where she gained extensive knowledge of the fire industry and associated risks and became a key service provider.

Her passion for fire protection led her to FireMate Software, where she built strong industry relationships and helped clients solve problems and grow their businesses. Known for her sales record and customer service skills, Eleisha now applies these abilities at TESG.

In her current role, Eleisha is expanding her expertise in senior management, including people management, revenue, budgeting, marketing, and operations, whilst maintaining a strong commitment to integrity. As the Group General Manager of TESG, her key responsibility is to lead, co-ordinate and develop high-quality business strategies and high-performing teams across each of our businesses: Total Essential Services Group Pty Ltd, TESG Building Surveyors Pty Ltd and TESG Fire Engineering Pty Ltd.
