Brad Johannsen

A qualified building surveyor and Fire Technology professional, Brad has been instrumental in the direction and growth of TESG.

Having an extensive role in developing the Essential Services Manual whilst working at the former Building Commission (now Victorian Building Authority), Brad also assisted in the development of AS1851:2005. He has a working knowledge of the NCC Building Code of Australia, relevant Australian Standards and Building Regulations. Brad also holds registration in Queensland as a Fire Safety Advisor.

Experienced Director of Services with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Budgeting, HVAC, Value Engineering, Building Maintenance, and Operations Management. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Technology – focused on Building Surveying from Swinburne University.
